[Really disappointing: this was a turning point in history…] NATO Summit Fails to Reach Agreement on Ukraine, Other Membership Issues April 2, 2008
The “biggest nightmare of my life” that has been going on since February 24, 2022, has left me so traumatized that I have been unable to get out of bed. I did not even feel like writing.
However, after reading the comments of Ukrainian President Zelensky a few days ago, I realized that errors in judgment by the leaders of major powers can lead to irreversible changes in world history, and I decided to put them on record for the sake of the world’s children who will become adults in the future.
I hope that the leaders of the major powers will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
At the moment, I cannot think of a good solution, and the only thing I can do is to provide economic aid to the people of Ukraine.
Therefore, I made a small donation to UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) in March.
We may donate to UNICEF and Doctors Without Borders in the future. Since personal resources are limited, it is very difficult to decide where to donate.
UNICEF and Doctors Without Borders are the first places that come to mind for me, as I have donated to them before.
